The National Headquarters Command
The National Headquarters Command sits at the top of the operational chain. It sets doctrine, holds the national register of members, runs the command room, and is the Group’s point of contact with the Nigeria Police Force and the federal authorities.
It does not run patrols directly. Patrols are run by ward and community units under the Local Government commands. What the National Headquarters does is set the standard those patrols are held to, and remove members who fall below it.
